“I am but dust and ashes” is traditionally supposed to inspire humility, to make people less thinking they’re awesome.
But…
dust and ashes are AMAZING things to be made of.
“We are star-stuff, we are golden, we are million-year-old carbon”.
What if “for my sake the world was created” is supposed to be the humility-inspiring part of that traditional pair?
