And this is a tangle I pulled out of my hair the other day. It was really weird. Because most tangles are attached to my head by a lot of different hairs, and the object of detangling is to pull each hair gently out of the tangle, one by one, slowly, so that nothing rips. In this case, it seemed to have only a few hairs attached. Once I pulled those hairs out of the tangle, this rat’s nest fell out with a full lock of hair attached.
