Anonymous asked: Just a comment on the "always bring my sexuality up". Seems that heterosexual cis people bring up their sexuality a lot without realizing it, it's so culturally accepted to comment how hot/cute people of the opposite gender is, how cis-conformative hetero you are and it's non sexual to express how much you love your partner when in a heterosexual relationship. When it's same sex or non-binary it seems to be "bringing up sexuality" to say something about love or feeling of identity.

I had someone frustrated with me saying I was a lesbian all the time. He said “I don’t understand, I don’t run around telling everyone I know that I’m straight.” Thousands of lesbians ought to have deafened him with a chorus of “YES YOU DO!!!”
