➸ One thing I really liked about the iPad mini salesman...
Was that he didn’t try to get me to buy things I didn’t need. In fact he discouraged me from buying things he thought were overpriced, or ineffective. He let me take the lead in deciding what I want. And he repeatedly talked me out of buying things…
It wasn’t an Apple Store. They don’t have those in Vermont.
