I wrote a thing to my mentor person. I used my last lorazepam to do it. I haven’t taken any for a month? Maybe two? I don’t currently have a psychiatrist here. I think the adult autism center might be my best bet, with regards to getting someone who might be able to understand why I need it.

That sounds very like my experience of autistic catatonia. Right down to the lorazepam. (Which is one of my ongoing Medicare hassle drugs.)
