I’ve also put an adult waterproof bandana on my Medical wish list on Amazon, because I’m starting to drool a lot even when awake (yay myasthenia gravis), and asleep… I’ve woken up to shirts covered in and permanently discolored by drool. I don’t want that to happen to any of my dad shirts, so I put it in the Medical section of my wish list. I’m glad they make discreet anti drool products for adults, because I’d feel weird running around with a bib on.
I know there have to be other gimps on here who drool. So I’ll describe the product in case anyone else wants to try it out:

,Sammons Preston Bandanna Clothing Protector(Adult, Navy)
Product Description:
Size: Adult
Color: Navy
For those who have difficulty feeding themselves or tend to drool. Breathable, cotton with moisture-proof backing for secure protection. Hook & loop closure allows easy fastening.Measures 10" from mid-neck to tip of bandanna.in pink and navy. latex free.
I’m hoping it works because while I’m not embarrassed anymore by drooling, I really hate it wrecking my clothes overnight. (This includes sleepwear like pajamas too. It feels cold and icky to wake up covered in drool, and I don’t like to sleep in gross looking clothes). I thought these days were over when I went off megadoses of neuroleptics, but apparently my immune system and/or nervous system had other plans.
This was the only one I could quick find that had a waterproof backing to keep it from going into your skin.
I’ve always drooled at leaat somewhat especially while sleeping, but rarely to this degree. I’ve had a ton of computer related problems this month all of which cost huge amounts of money (for a USA-poor person) and then the new non-subsidized electric bills. (If anyone wants to help me keep my electric costs down I’ve got a whole bunch of nightlights on my new apartment wish list. Many of them only turn on in the dark and cost a tiny fraction of what a light turned on would cost. And my night vision is excellent so I only have to turn on a real light if I want to read or something else like that.
The nightlights are also a safety precaution in case my roommate has bad night vision. I’m used to getting around with terrible visual processing. If I’m familiar enough with a place I can get around with my eyes closed. And for some reason my visual processing is much better in the dark or dim lighting.
