Anonymous asked: is it bad to say that i would be reluctant to date an ace person? sex is a really important part of relationships for me and for me it's almost a need?

I don’t think it’s bad.  I think the person was just trying to convince their mother that their dating prospects were not zero just because they were ace.  Whether you’d date someone who doesn’t want sex, or doesn’t want much sex, is a compatibility issue that each couple has to work out on their own.  Like… I wouldn’t date a man, it doesn’t mean I have anything against men.  But I would date an ace person and that doesn’t make me better than you.
