 Self Doubt- One thing about anxiety, is that one will let negative thoughts about oneself and what they can do take over. They stop believing they can, and start believing they can’t.

Self Insulting- They begin to insult themselves call their selves degrading names when they feel like they did something wrong. Or just in general because they don’t think live up to anyone especially their own expectations.

Lip biting or chewing on things-It is something people with anxiety constantly do. Sometimes chewing on something keeps their mind off of things.

Trying to be funny-Sometimes this happens because people with anxiety are looking for constant approval and to be liked, and making someone smile or laugh is way of seeing if that person actually likes them.

Constant Worrying-Worrying about many things, worrying if they did something wrong, if they made the right choice. What if something goes wrong, what if that person hates them. What if they fail that test, or they didn’t get that job or part. Just constant worrying.

Lack of Sleep- Insomnia is something that is dealt with a lot. One you are constantly worrying and over thinking. Two you are afraid you might sleep through your alarm if you have work or have to do something the next day. Three at night your mind is really active, and most of the time you just have bad dreams so sleeping is not an option.

Irritability-Because of lack of sleep and the constant worrying one can angry and irritable at many things and people dealing with anxiety. Plus it makes it easier for them to be detached. If they have one less thing or person to worry about it helps.

Stressed out-It is very easy for one with anxiety to experience some if not all levels of stress in their day to day life.

Feeling overwhelmed-Anxiety can be overwhelming. It is the mind and body battling each other. One’s body can be exhausted from a long day of doing whatever, but people with anxiety instead of their mind being like hey let’s go to bed, their mind is like no let’s stay up and have you think of all the things you should have done instead, and how worthless you are.

Thinking they don’t do enough-People with anxiety will constantly think they never do enough, and that is for others not for themselves. They seek constant approval as said from above, so they never think they do enough, and will always say or amount to doing more. And sometimes this can take a huge effect on their mental and physical health.

Having Anxiety Attacks- Finally this is not something to be taking lightly or made fun of because people suffering from anxiety can have symptoms that can feel like an actual heart attack. Their breathing becomes fast and abrupt. They get a heaviness on their chest. They can become disorientated, and they can sometimes black out or lose consciousness. They really feel like they are dying and are in a great deal of pain.
