thanks, i was kind of proud of it. hope nobody gets mad at me for using a mental illness slur but since bureaucracy is one of the things in work and “adult life” that gives me the most anxiety (actual anxiety in a letter from my shrink) i think it’s ok to say it because it’s literally true.

Given that immigration trauma is clearly linked to my mental health struggle (to the point of PTSD in a lot of ways), I’ll defend you if someone jumps on you for supposed ableism.

that sucks. i’m sorry it’s been like that for you. we have maybe some of that going on, too (husband is from south america) although more the immigrant experience because we were kind of lucky with la migra but not so much with the [what do you do once you’re american but still nobody thinks you belong here] part of it. you ever want to talk/shout about any of that, pls mssg.
