Actual conversation between me and a hairdresser, I was somewhere between 16 and 18 years old and she was the only one who had the color of hair dye I wanted. And the hairdresser genuinely thought she was being friendly.

  • Hairdresser: Is your school by any chance a special school?
  • Me: Yes... um... how'd you... know?
  • Hairdresser: I dunno, you just seem like a special ed kinda gal.
