A graph of my sleep patterns. Mind you this is with medications I take for sleep. Without, is way more chaotic (can go for days at an time with no sleep and even when II sleep every day, rarely longer than a couple hours at a time).
Showed my doctor. His response:
“What is this? What am I looking at? Wait a minute. Are those light blue bars when you’re asleep??? OMG that’s terrible!”
I left with a script for melatonin. It’s helped a bit in the past. Let’s hope it still does.
