Can someone tell AASPIRE I have a new email address?
If they email me at a.m!b.a!g.g!s. AT !g.m!a.i!l.c!o.m!
Remove all periods and exclamation points aside from the period in .com, and turn AT into @, and make sure there are no spaces.
The above is not my new email address, it’s my old one that sits around collecting spam, which is why I’m okay putting it on the Internet.
However, if someone from AASPIRE emails me at that address, I will give them my newer spam-free email address and would like to be signed back onto the mailing list.
When I moved, I switched ISPs, and I lost my old Fairpoint email addresses with very little warning. I don’t have addresses with my current ISP yet. But I’d rather stick with gmail for the time being. So my new address will be a gmail address (I have many, with varying degrees of spammification, I’m going to go for my lowest-spam one, I think).
I had wondered why I hadn’t heard from Dora or XP or any of the rest of the group lately, then I was typing up our journal abstracts for my doctor (he has an interest in discrimination within the medical profession, judging by what he has on PubMed) and realized “Oh yeah, my old ones are all under my old, defunct email address… SHIT.
So if anyone who knows the list managers could have them contact me at the above address (it’s really just a gmail.com address with ambaggs tacked on before the @ sign, to put it a much easier way to read than I did up there), I will give them my spam-free email address and hopefully we can get back to working together. I hope I haven’t missed much, and after another bout of severe delirium I need the intellectual stimulation - need it in order to survive, literally. I’ve been turning to special interests but i’m too scatterbrained still. AASPIRE has a way of keeping me on track, which is a good thing.
