Okay so maybe I don’t get to write a long post after all

Because I ended up writing a long email instead.

But I’m okay, just disoriented and a little frightened still.

What happened was that a software I was using for med tracking suddenly became extremely important as a tool for keeping me aware of time, which is usually my hardest thing because I just don’t get along with time even on good days.

And then a staff person coincidentally moved a painting today into a location that was perfect right when I needed it to be there. It was by Donna Williams and right then I needed to be aware she had physically touched it in order to help me locate where I was as opposed to when.

Although drawing a giant loop through parts of Australia and the UK to locate myself in Vermont is really strange, that’s the sort of thing my brain does occasionally, and I really, badly needed something to do that for me right then. Because this apartment is still new enough to me that it’s not as easy for me to locate as the last one was in some ways. Except it’s such a friendly apartment that this is also helping me stay oriented just because my last apartment sucked and this one is amazing.
