Wrist selfie.  In order from hand to elbow:1.  A hair tie to be used to get my hair out of the way if it is, for instance, in danger of hanging into a cup of bile, which is disgusting.2.  My father’s old watch.  I still remember the day he got it for Christmas.  Wearing it feels weird but familiar and good.3.  Hospital bracelet I really need to get rid of, but always forget to find scissors.4.  A button I can press at any time of night and someone will be here in 5 minutes or less.5.  A dad-shirt sleeve, plaid, red white and blue (but not intended as patriotic).
