I am a deeply sensory person who cares about love and ethics. Hufflepuff to the core. The redwoods were my first home and my heart will live there forever. I live in the sensory world, I am only a visitor to ideas and words. Oh, and my alignment? Chaotic-good.
Birds and I have an understanding. See one Sunday morning I went out for a smoke and I heard a terrible flapping chirping noise.
I found this little lady hanging out of her nest with some plastic mesh wrapped around one wing and her legs.
With a little help from a broom and no help from my dog, I managed to get her down and calm her enough to take the plastic mesh off without hurting her.
Then she wouldn’t leave!
So I made her a little nest out of paper towels and a tupperware.
But she just wanted to be homies and was all tired out from the ordeal.
We hungout for a couple hours.
I had to make sure my cats didn’t eat her since she was too tired to fly.
Finally after a few hours and some bugs I caught for her, she got her strength up and took off into the wild.
