don’t you think it is sometimes the case that, even though there’s a lot you can’t or don’t do around the house…
The person I know who does this, while not cis, seems to have divided things up with her boyfriend based on what each of them can do. For instance, he cooks, drives, and keeps her from walking into traffic. I’m not clear on everything she does but I know it includes cleaning, plumbing, and occasionally making furniture. I think he cleans too. Works out well because their skills are complementary mostly.
