An iPad game designed for cats, being played by an assortment of wild cats from servals to lions at a big cat sanctuary.

This sort of stuff is so, so important for animals who end up for one reason or another having to be kept in cages. I know they’re doing similar stuff for primates (including video chat from one cage to another), and were trying to set something up for parrots (including parrots left at home while the humans are at work) but the funding went out before they could perfect it. It reminds me of the stuff they do at the local animal shelter to keep the cats in small cages entertained and intellectually challenged. Obviously the best option would be to not have to keep them in cages at all, but barring that possibility, things like this are vital.

I love the three servals who cluster around the iPad like a bunch of gamers.
