Thinking that’s what it would be about.
The thing has roughly seventy articles and poems by nonautistic people. And only six by autistic people.
This is based on what I could figure out anyway — the numbers may be slightly different. But this is so very much not “the…
Yeah. And somehow I just really doubt “the autism experience” or “living with autism” is all about having your dreams smashed and then (if lucky) rebuilt, which seems to be a good deal of what this book deals with. (I’m skimming. I can’t stomach those stories in these quantities.)
