I’m not surprised. I can’t decode that at all. 

But about the original quote, I never understood the use of bodies in that context either.  I mean I understand it more when he’s talking about his own body and his relationship to it.  (I actually really love a lot of the parts of his writing that I do understand.)  But when it gets abstract like that it’s harder for me to figure out, and “feels wrong” when I try.  In a way though I wonder if it is an attempt to get concrete and talk about the physical human beings involved.  But I don’t know. It ends up sounding kind of academic and forced. It’s hard for me to work out what the actual intent is.  And yeah. Off. I don’t really have a strong emotional reaction to it. At least not right now. But my brain refuses to swallow it without it going down the wrong pipe so to speak.  

Unfortunately due to my highly receptive-language-fucked mind, bananapeppers reply doesn’t go down at all.  It reads in my head just like Rube described computer terminology doing to him in Dead Like Me:  "Chim-Cham and a goo-gaz to a hoo-ha whimmy-wizzle.“
