This is good at least.
I slept for awhile. And that seems to have made a difference. Like theres still icky stuff going on but it’s not as bone-grindingly awful at the moment. Should probably add sleep to the list of stuff I should be doing. I forgot that it regenerates a lot of things.
Also listening to the Raventones who are really amazing right now. They feel whole and connected in a way my mind doesn’t always feel at the moment, and for some reason that’s useful. The kind of dreams that went along with listening to them are very akin to one when I was experiencing truly awful physical pain years ago. And I went to sleep and had this dream that I was walking around exploring an infinitely interesting city, while feeling absolutely no pain, yet being aware that my body was in a whole lot of pain, thus being fully able to appreciate the kind of temporary break I was getting. Both then and now I woke up feeling very rested and refreshed. Whatever part of my brain that periodically lets me do that during really awful experiences is one I’m really grateful for. Because sometimes a temporary break is all it takes to make a bad thing more bearable.
