[A window surrounded by darkness. Out the window is a very bright sun.] This is the bane of my existence. Along with any form of direct lighting, high contrast stripes and patterns (including vertical blinds, the worst), strobe lights, and lots of other fun stuff. The migraine is not going full tilt but the left side of my face hurts and I’m nauseated, both of which are signs of it. Sometimes they stay like this then fizzle out, other times they’re completely evil. But the total unavoidability of the triggers is one reason this happens so often. Pretty much if I see the trigger it’s too late.
