The Redwoods.

There aren’t many pictures here sadly because well, we didn’t say that long! We stopped at the state park ORIGINALLY to see Big Sur— but were a bit disappointed to see that after paying a $10 fee and getting into the parking lot- the only BIG redwoods to be seen were on the CAMPING SIDE of the creekor in front of the visitors center/gift shops  (or as we referred to it as the rich side) no redwoods for poor people that cant afford $50 a day! :P)  (to which might I add we had to pay a DOLLAR for a map of the park XP) however we made the best of things. We got out, walked the dogs and sniffed some bay laurels/wandered over to a creek. The only BIG BIG redwood there was gated off so we couldn’t get up close to hug it :< regardless it was a great little experience in the journey though California!
