This is odd.
Ever since last night, the weekend staff person has been asking if I’m okay. Or doing this set of movements people do where they look at me and they’re scared. Combined with asking things like “You sure you’re okay?” repeatedly. I’m not sure what she’s seeing, or why she’s seeing it this weekend and not last weekend when I was in much worse shape. This morning she seemed outright freaked out and needed a whole lot of reassurance that nothing big was wrong.
I never know how seriously to take it when people act like this. I haven’t been feeling great but I feel way better than a week ago. And she wasn’t doing this last weekend. Then again last weekend she came in two hours late and was really preoccupied with whatever made her late. It’s always really hard to tell when people react like this where it is on the scale between looking a little more tired than normal and turning blue or grey. (Yes that has happened a few times, while I just thought at the time I was really tired. It’s a weird experience to have someone look at you and start seriously wigging out while you have no clue what’s happening.) I assume if I was changing colors she’d have called someone and freaked out more, but other than that I can’t judge how extreme it is.
