I am in more pain than I’ve been in all week. Fey has had water out of both sinks but is flipping out in a way that normally would be about sink water.

And.

A friend told me something that made me think Anne was on the right track with the cat gets more demanding when ill thing. My friend has a parrot who will not let her nap in the daytime or lie down or look sick. For a parrot, to show illness even a little is to invite predators. So if a parrot looks sick the flock tries to heckle them into looking well again no matter the cost.

Cats are predators but they’re small so they can also become prey. And it makes me wonder if some of the increase in demands while sick is to try and get me to look well again as well.

I can’t think right now. This is pre written in my head. My body is actually vibrating I think. Or something. I don’t know. Everything from my face to hip level is on fire. I’m worried I might throw up. I don’t think even Fey can get me out of bed right now.
