mickeyned: Jan 28. Powerful Stuff. Electricty Substation by Littlebrook Power Plant, Dartford. Evening Light. Again, not great, but it’ll do. I had planned on taking a pic of the Cotoneaster planted in the car park at work, and did. But I’m not that happy with the results. Pity as Cotoneaster is looking spectacular this year. On a whim, I zoomed in on the Capacitors (I think that’s what they are) in the substation just across the road. This whole place Buzzes and Hums constantly in damp weather, and you are constantly aware of the phenomenal amounts of power generated here. 1,370MW you know. No cattle getting through their fence. — at Littlebrook Power Station.
