Yet another diagnosis

I forgot to mention. Last time I went to the doctor they finally diagnosed the vertigo as benign positional vertigo. That means it’s not likely a sign of anything else being wrong. (It’s from some kind of inner ear thing. They said there’s a thing they can do to make it better but that with my body they’d rather not put me through it.)

Unfortunately the easiest way for me to trigger it involves positions I’m constantly getting into while picking my ears in bed. No, this has not stopped me. :-/
