Some unknown condition that fucks up the muscular energy cycle. I actually hate most meat, strongly prefer vegetarian substitutes, but have to force myself to eat meat or I get really weak and sick. Yes even when I can afford the usual supplements, so don’t even fucking go there or try to claim I’m “not doing it right” for the sake of not upsetting your ideological bullshit. See how you like being unable to turn over in bed or breathe sufficiently on your own.
