I sent someone 2 messages about Autism Speaks and what an awful organization they are (after they sent a message attacking someone I follow who also is autistic), and they reported me.  Lovely.  A$ supporters trying to silence actual autistic people - what a surprise!

Wait, so they’re doing exactly what A$ does? No way!

Autism parents: people who want nothing more than to teach autistic children to speak & autistic adults to shut the fuck up.

That’s one saying I’m utterly proud to have invented. Usually I can’t be pithy like that. And it’s cool to see everyone using it (or variants). Although vastly bad that it’s still needed all these years later. Seriously how long will it take until they’re forced to listen? Things have improved but damn, not fast enough.
