My ex had some pretty cool insights now that I think of it
Like, I told him once that I felt bad about how much time I wasted daily, and he said, “Nothing is wasted.”
People just kind of make you feel that way because you have to be ‘productive’ and you have to do it before your ‘expiration date’
People are people, not factories.
Time spent at rest is ‘productive’ because it keeps you alive.
I have to remember that or it will kill me.
