Seriously. This sort of thing just peeves me off to no end.
As anyone who’s been reading here for the past few days will no doubt be aware, I’m in the process of trying to hopefully line up potential adoptive homes for some kittens recently born to a local feral mothercat. And today I learned…
That sort of stuff makes my gut clench in utter terror. Having volunteered in animal shelters where cats were abandoned because they “didn’t match the furniture”. And whenever I think too hard about the subject the more my mind fills with just… a level of horror and disgust and rage that I have to back away from to keep from getting consumed by it.
