autisticproblems: Autistic Problem Number 35: Getting “stuck” before going to bed and being unable to get to sleep ever. So roommates all think I have a sleeping disorder while I really just can’t even get to the bed because I don’t know what I am supposed to do next. I do have a sleep disorder but I have this problem too anyway. Which seems really pathetic because I live in bed so it’s not getting to the bed that’s a problem. It’s getting off the computer or whatever I’m doing, and putting on my bipap. And then going from activity mode into sleep mode. It’s why I’ve had half an hour of sleep today.
