Both. lol..

I don’t really get how but yeah all the time.

My name really isn’t that complicated. The amount of times people have gotten it wrong makes me weep for humanity. My last name’s even been anglicized for crying out loud!

My surname is GALE. Like the WIND. Not Gayle. Come ON.

The E is Kassiane is an e as in the, not an e as in cake. And the vowels are round. None of this Kassie-anne crap.

Last name Baggs. Spelled as: Bags, Boggs, Biggs, Buggs, Braggs, Briggs, Beggs, Bagg, and assorted variations (not to mention people who think they’re original for saying Baggins, although my parents did put a sign on the road up to their house that says “Baggs End” after they saw the movies, then read the books, and decided they’re really hobbits).

Oh and it’s a misspelling itself. We aren’t really related to most people called Baggs. Our name was originally a Scots-Irish name called Beggs, and got misspelled in a census somewhere around 200 years ago. Beggs apparently came from Beag, a Scottish word for short, so it’s likely I’m a distant descendant of a Scottish short guy.
