I was obsessed with the more garish end of the 1960s aesthetic spectrum at the time, and that outfit is one of the ones my dad used to call my “uniform”. :P I actually still have that crochet vest thing but haven’t worn it in ages. The skirt I loved because it was so comfortable but I literally wore it until it started disintegrating so it’s long gone. And the hat was made of burlap. I kind of wish I still had it, it was very comfortable for a hat. OMG you dressed just like I did. I loved those skirts and wore them until they were in tatters. As bad as it would have been for us to meet back then, it would have been funny to see us together.
