Yay a staff person found my other weighted blanket.
But sleeping with the folded in half one on last night really screwed up my hip. I injured it last year in a fall. And basically it’s developed a slightly more unstable position where it easily goes into this weird thing. Where it is just twisted around far enough to hurt like hell (6-8 on the pain scale at worst) but not enough to be visibly wrong. And my hips were already unstable. I just ~love~ this aspect of hypermobility.
So it seems like I have to choose what I need more – the weighted blankets or my joints. :-/ Right now I’m going with the weighted blankets.
