I wish this was exaggeration, I really do.

Reblogging this because jesus christ, this is the most notes I’ve ever gotten on anything so quickly and it’s taking up my entire dashboard. A sea of names! I want you all to know my hatred of gladiator sandals, too. Just throwin’ that out there…

Hello, this is me as a white person.

Here’s the problem with the men’s section, at least for me. If your build is anything like mine at all, you’re probably going to find the men’s small still a little too big. Finding even that can be impossible sometimes because they usually don’t carry very many of them and often items will just start at a medium. There’s also the problem of how most men’s clothing is cut. Unless it specifically says slim fit or fitted, men’s clothing is tailored for people with a typically male pattern of fat distribution. Which means if you have a slim waist (or just don’t have a beer gut) you’re going to have all this extra fabric billowing around your midsection. I don’t even know what’s going on with the pants. It’s like they make the crotch for men with ten foot long dicks and balls the size of melons. Nobody needs that much fabric down there! So whenever you sit down you get this bulging “pants tent” that makes it look like you have an erection.

This is why I shop in the men’s section when possible.
No hips? Muscular thighs? Men’s pants for me, bc the fabricdick beats the hell out of choosing between “my pants are falling off” and “I cannot get my legs into my pants”.
/cuts off rant about needing a blazer that actually fits here. BC that involves the boy’s department & that just gets silly.

There is some stuff that is better from men’s and some from women’s. By far most of my fat is stomach, I have no hips and not as much ass as you’d expect. I totally got my basic fat distribution from my dad. I still remember the first time, as an adult, I got my brother’s old pants. I was in heaven.
