Apparently the difference between Autism and Asperger’s is that only aspies can realize that they are autistic.
What.
WHAT.
No. That doesn’t even. That’s…god, that’s as bad as the doctor who said the difference between…
Then there’s the one I’ve heard before both from autistic and nonautistic people: “It’s better to be low functioning because them you’re not aware you’re different.” (When, yes, there are autistic people who aren’t aware they’re different, but they don’t by any means have to be “LFA”, nor does being so called LFA mean you’re more likely to be unaware.)
