You’ll know if it’s your appendix, when my older bro got appendicitis he had pretty severe pain there, enough for him to ask to be taken to the ER (and he deals with pain well). You might just have trapped gas. :DProbably what it is or maybe the fact that I didn’t eat dinner or actually I didn’t really have any *actual* meals today. Oops.
“You’ll know if it’s your appendix” isn’t necessarily accurate with autistic people. There have been many reports of autistic people with really bad stages of appendicitis who didn’t know. Same with lots of equally painful conditions. Autistic people don’t always process pain and other body sensations very well.
