my name is lee because my grandfather’s name was leroy as in the king and the lee part is just the

First name, Crown; last name, Son of the Pale One, so basically Crowned Child of the…

First name (Amanda): Often translated as lovable or beloved, but actually means literally “She who must be loved”. As in memorandum = thing which must be remembered, Amanda = she who must be loved. Or as another kid in my high school Latin class put it, “Amanda, gotta love ‘er.”

Middle name (Melissa): Honeybee.

Last name (Baggs): Short. Baggs in our family is a misspelling of Beggs from a census. Beggs is from the Scottish word beag which means short. So I was likely descended from a Scottish short guy. (Or possibly a tall guy they were being snarky about.) I don’t know what Baggs means when it’s not a misspelling but I know it’s English and possibly Irish. (Which always puzzled me because my family always maintained we were originally Scottish. Until I found out the bit about the misspelling and it all fell into place. Sometimes family lore gets it right.)
