[Me and Fey nuzzling faces.] Fey just licked my mouth. I ate crab rangoon and fried meat dumplings and key lime pie for my joint birthday dinner with a friend (her birthday is the same week). Apparently this strongly gets Fey’s breath-smelling seal of approval. Which consists of smelling my breath and then trying to lick the inside of my mouth. She’s purring and snuggling too. Overall this has been a shitty birthday by virtue of physical aspects of antidepressant withdrawal, but the food and the snuggles and the purring and the completely unexpected sandpaper tongue on the inside of my lips have been excellent. @feliscorvus: Please let me know how the kits’ birthday has gone if you haven’t posted about them already. I guess they’re no longer kittens at three (where did all the time go?) but I’ll always see them as kittens in comparison to Nikki. I love sharing a birthday with them.
