STOP. IF YOU THINK YOU’RE AUTISTIC- YOU’RE NOT. WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU WANT TO MAKE SUCH A DEBILITATING DISORDER PART OF YOUR IDENTITY?

Do you know how hard it is to live with autism? Not just to have it, but even to live with or know somebody…

I’m aware, and I misspoke. I didn’t mean people who self diagnose with sufficient research and what not, and those who “realize they’re autistic,” I meant people who “want to be autistic.” I worded my post poorly, but I don’t know how many times I can continue to say that.

Sorry. I still don’t know what you meant though. Because such people are pretty rare if they exist, yet legitimately self-diagnosed people get accused of being them all the time. And “you can’t diagnose yourself with autism” seems to be speaking of everyone.
