Really yummy probiotic food that is not solid.
I’m on antibiotics and they’re screwing with my digestive system. Yogurt is skirting with food too solid for me to eat easily. So I just tried some Kefir, Nancy’s brand, blueberry flavored, and it’s great. My stomach seems to handle it okay and it tastes wonderful. I had to keep myself from drinking too much of it.
Also my friend mixed yogurt into the soup today to make it more liquid, careful not to kill the active cultures, and that was really good too. It was soup that tasted exactly like a baked potato – the yogurt was the sour cream.
