[Me with super-pale skin and brown circles around my eyes, with pink streaks from my bipap.] This is ordinary sunlight coming through part of my window in a dark room, not a camera flash. My doctor’s reaction was “That’s not your avatar on the Internet, is it?” So I’m putting it on the net for a laugh. This is what I looked like when my oxygen was just climbing up from being 75. Yipes. (Yes, I’m getting a sleep study. Soon. My oxygen was only that low because I had just woke up. I kept waking up with serious Victorian Novel Disease pallor so I checked my oxygen and freaked out at the result. Was using my iPod Touch as a mirror.)
