Oh and I aspirated yet again. Not deeply. Just in my uppermost airway in a way where my throat and vocal cords feel completely trashed. When I cough it feels like knives.

Scary thing is I feel better than this morning. I feel terrible. Some of it is re-entry terrible. Where you felt so terrible you went delirious to escape it and when you’re back in your right mind you can feel it worse in some ways even though objectively you’re better.
