Is this a gastroparesis thing?
Sometimes I hear really bizarre creaking sounds when I breathe, for a long time after I’ve eaten. When I once saw a doctor for it they listened and took pictures and found out it was my lungs pressing against a bloated, sloshy stomach. My mom (former respiratory therapist) taught me how to listen through a stethoscope and discern those weird bubbly stomach sounds from lung sounds. But it sounds and feels so weird when it happens.
I wasn’t diagnosed back then so nobody could tell me whether it was part of GP or not. But it happens regularly.
