I turned over in bed today on my own onto my side without crying or yelling.

Which is a huge accomplishment. This is what the PT should have been shooting for. Not standing. Standing comes when I can move around the bed on my own safely and without ratcheting my pain up to eleven, and when standing itself won’t ratchet my pain up to eleven.
