Need to remember for tomorrow.

1. If they never remembered to give me the one reflux med that can be given by j tube, get them to give me that med.

2. If they gave me that j tube reflux med but not at the maximum dose, get them to change it to the maximum dose.

3. If it is the maximum dose of that med and it’s still not working, get them to give me that one oral reflux med that is a capsule you can break open and lots of tiny tiny time release things come out that I could mix in a tiny bit of liquid and swallow somehow as my one oral med maybe.

Absolutely have to remember this, because IV Protonix worked wonderful but I can’t take IV meds at home, and controlling reflux is absolutely crucial to controlling aspiration and other health problems I get from reflux. So is super important. Damn. Wish I’d realized that when I felt like I suddenly had reflux again last night it was probably because of medication, not because I was having one off night or something. Given that it still feels horrible and it seems no coincidence that it happened when I left the hospital.
