[My GJ feeding tube with a circular cloth thing around the base, light green background with light brown owls in the foreground.] I just graduated from dressings to Trendie Tubies. They’re a cloth thing made by a mother and daughter (the daughter has a feeding tube) to protect the skin from drainage around feeding tube sites. They’re really cute. The one I’m wearing today has little owls on it. I got one for every day of the week. I ordered them when I was still in the hospital. I will see if they live up to their reputation, but they look much more comfortable and less unwieldy than my dressings that I had before. http://www.trendietubies.com/about-us It’s already more comfortable yay. It’s also washable. I’m going to go with hand washing rather than machine. And I love the little owls. I also got ones with flowers and cats. But the owls are my favorite.
