This is the backpack for my feeding pump. It finally came today. I’m using it hanging on the IV pole because its a pain in the ass to switch back and forth between pole and pack. It has a pocket for the pump, a pocket for the food, straps and clips for stuff to hang, and holes for the tube to go through. It’s great.
For use on the IV pole I’m just leaving the back flap open so I can get at the controls easier.
On my wheelchair it has a carabiner I can clip to the headrest.
I did figure out a way to push the IV pole by keeping it between the footrests of the chair. But it’s a pain in the ass. Backpack is simpler. This will make it possible to easily take it to medical appointments or anywhere else. As if I ever go anywhere else. But I won’t have to feel like I’m starving at the end of the day if I go to appointments.
