So apparently if they’re from a health food store that makes them extra healthy?

My response to this sort of nonsense is usually along the lines of “I’m sorry, I only eat inorganic food.”

Heeeeeeee!

Here’s another quote:

“[ingredient]; as natural as you can get it is good since all the other ingredients are so wholesome.”

And seriously I’m not trying to knock the whole book. I just have to say something about all this natural organic wholesome nourishing speak or it will drive me up the wall. Most of the book that doesn’t deal directly with this issue is excellent.
