All this, by the way, has always been my hesitation to fall in love with the idea of spoon theory. Because there was always this little element to that story that seemed to be about making her friend feel as bad as possible for her. But the spoon theory article is actually among…
I don’t mind the idea of spoons, although it doesn’t entirely work for me experientially. It’s the actual article it comes from that left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s subtle. But I should have clarified.
